Elsewedy Electric was selected to deliver energy to the new mega projects in Toshka. The Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC) contracted with Elsewedy Electric for supplying and installing both electrical and water equipment at two zones in the project. The new projects will serve Egypt’s strategy to raise the efficiency of its electricity grid and link new manufacturing mega projects in the South Valley to energy sources.

Under the agreement, Elsewedy Electric will deliver underground irrigation networks, as well as intake pumping stations. The company will also provide electrical and control works from distribution buildings, through RMU’s, to transformers and cables, among others.
