Elsewedy Technology, a subsidiary of Elsewedy Digital, demonstrated a prototype of smart building technology that will be implemented in New Alamein’s tallest tower and most iconic building, the Gate tower. The futuristic solution is the first of its kind to be implemented in the region combining unrivalled technical capabilities and advanced technology. The presentation of the new prototype was witnessed by a number of officials from the New Alamein City Authority, construction companies, and technical consultants.

The solution employs state-of-the-art technology and next-generation capabilities, availing full integration and automation of more than 12 systems under the umbrella of one smart building management system. Through a wide network of sensors, remote capabilities and IoT technology, the scalable end-to-end solution will allow efficient management of buildings, heighten security, and fully optimize resources. The Gate Tower’s smart solution is an important milestone for Elsewedy Technology to further strengthen its footprint in the promising city of New Alamein.
