Rowad has been awarded construction works for two packages for ZED Towers Project. The first contract comprises of the two-level basement, four fully finished Residential Buildings G+10, and four double core buildings. Rowad's work under the second package includes the basement under the piazza and the MEP works for the entire basement 1B.

ZED, the multi-purpose project, is being developed over six phases. Extending over 165 acres, ZED will feature a total of 5,000 fully-finished apartments, ranging between 60 and 240 square meters, with modules varying from serviced apartments to two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments.
