Elsewedy Utilities has been awarded a new contract by PRE-Group to deliver comprehensive utilities management services for two strategic developments: Al Hadaba in 6th of October City and Jebal El Sokhna. 

Under this agreement, Elsewedy Utilities will provide end-to-end utilities management and distribution services, reinforcing its role in supporting reliable and efficient infrastructure across growing urban communities. The scope of work includes electricity and water metering management, supervision, as well as operations and maintenance, ensuring accuracy, optimal network performance, and long-term sustainability. 

This award marks an important step in expanding high-quality utilities services within key developments and reflects the trust placed in Elsewedy Utilities’ technical expertise and operational capabilities. The collaboration aligns with the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting sustainable urban development and delivering integrated utilities solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern communities. 

As a recognized leader in heritage restoration across the region, with a long-standing track record in complex restoration and structural strengthening, ROWAD was selected by the Saudi Ministry of Culture as the specialized restoration contractor. In cooperation with First Gulf Company, ROWAD delivered a comprehensive restoration and rehabilitation program that preserved the authenticity of this early-20th-century heritage landmark while upgrading it to modern museum standards. The scope included specialized restoration, and structural strengthening work for the Museum Building and the iconic Canopy, as well as complete internal and external architectural finishing work under an integrated coordination model across architectural, structural, and civil engineering disciplines.. 

As part of the overall program, Rowad also constructed and delivered the Annex Building, aligned with the museum’s functional, operational, and architectural standards, supported by a controlled, multi-interface execution strategy to safeguard design intent and ensure cohesive asset-wide delivery. 

Located on the historic waterfront, the Red Sea Museum stands today as a landmark destination celebrating the Red Sea’s maritime legacy and coastal heritage. The transformed museum will showcase the history of the Red Sea, rare maritime and cultural artifacts, and the stories of trade, pilgrimage, and coastal life that connected civilizations for centuries, positioning it as a major cultural destination within Saudi Arabia’s growing cultural tourism landscape. 

ROWAD confirmed that delivery was enabled through a highly collaborative partnership framework with stakeholders, supported by early technical alignment and shared commitment to quality and heritage preservation. 

The opening of the Red Sea Museum supports Saudi Vision 2030 by enriching the Kingdom’s cultural landscape, supporting tourism, and enhancing quality of life through meaningful heritage destinations. 

Nile Developments has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with Elsewedy Electric, under which the latter will undertake the electrical infrastructure works and smart systems for the Tycoon Tower and Tycoon Center projects. Tycoon Tower will be the tallest hotel in Egypt and Africa, while Tycoon Center will be the tallest administrative tower in Egypt and Africa, both located in the New Administrative Capital.

This collaboration aligns with Nile Developments’ vision to create iconic projects that meet international standards, leveraging the latest engineering and technological solutions and forging strategic partnerships with leading specialized entities that have extensive expertise and an exceptional execution track record.

The agreement was signed by Eng. Mohamed Taher, Chairman of Nile Developments, and Eng. Ahmed Elsewedy, CEO of Elsewedy Electric Group, at the project site in the heart of the New Administrative Capital. The signing took place amid accelerated construction progress, reflecting the scale of ambition and commitment to meeting the specified timelines.

The Tycoon Tower project represents a significant addition to Egypt and Africa’s hospitality sector, being the tallest hotel on the continent. It embodies the concept of the new generation of smart hotels that rely on advanced energy solutions and sophisticated electrical systems, ensuring the highest levels of operational efficiency and sustainability. This will offer a world-class hospitality experience in line with the New Administrative Capital’s vision as a modern smart city.

Meanwhile, the Tycoon Center project reflects an advanced vision for ultra-high-rise office towers, being the tallest administrative tower in Egypt and Africa. The project integrates smart infrastructure and comprehensive electrical systems for building management, catering to the needs of businesses and institutions in line with the highest global standards, and redefining the future work environment.
